Till Aly
is the Music Director and Conductor of the Orchestra and Choir Europa Voce in Paris. He directs a concert season and conducts works of the symphonic and modern repertoire. He conducts often contemporary music and has worked with composers like Iannis Xenakis, Brian Ferneyhough, Massimo Priori, Alain Riou and Javier Torres Maldonado.

As a guest conductor, Till Aly works with the the WDR Rundfunkchor in Cologne, the Ensemble Guidantes in Milan, the Ensemble Modern, the Europa Chor Akademie, the Badisches Staatstheater, Capella Sagitariana, the SWR Vokalensemble Stuttgart, the Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg, the Orchestre pour la Paix, the Orchestre Pasdeloup, the Slovak State Philharmonic Orchestra and the Orchestre de l'Ile de France .

In 2002 he received the Young Artist distinction Award from the French government.

On the piano, Till Aly gives frequently concerts in Milan, Berlin, Paris, the United States and South Korea. He has been featured with the European Bach Festival. He has recorded as a conductor and pianist for Radio France, the WDR, SWR, Ambiente, Deutschlandfunk and Hänssler, works by H. Berlioz, M. Reger, Pizzetti, F. Couperin, J.S. Bach, W.A. Mozart, F. Mendelssohn, F. Schmitt, P. Hindemith, D. Shostakovich, E. Bloch and Massimo Priori.

Till Aly studied music in Berlin, Dresden, New York and Paris. He studied conducting with Hans Christoph Rademann, Sylvain Cambreling, Gustav Sjökvist, Helmuth Rilling and Jorma Panula. He studied the piano with Vladimir Feltsman and the organ with André Isoir and Raphael Alpermann. Sylvain Cambreling remarks his "precision, finenesse, detailed rehearsals, and his knowledge of each style that makes Till Aly get magnificent results".

Till Aly also completed advanced studies of contemporary music at the Ircam Institute/Ensemble Intercontemporain in Paris and with Iannis Xenakis at the Akademie der Künste of Berlin.
